Having knowledge in a certain field gives you an advantage of others, you might have money but if you are illiterate, you may as well get swindled, waste time in decision making, prolonged process to close deals. Alas, literacy is not to be seen on basic grounds which includes reading, write and numeracy, it goes beyond that, skills and being filled with knowledge in different fields , literacy is not decided on the paper but on what one can do with the knowledge. Hence the assertion, actions speaks louder than words (papers).
